Tools of Documentation
The range of documentation types and media is now greater than ever before. CHL has specialized in documentation issues and has experience of Windows for Workgroups 3.11, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. A Netgear wired and wireless network is in place in London and similarly with SFR in Paris, Wifi / web connections in Brussels and elsewhere in France enabling CHL to have broadband ADSL distributed through all offices and training areas.
CHL has used a wide variety of tools including all those in the table below.
In addition, CHL is well used to using related tools such as those required for eCommerce (Actinic), producing CDs (Nero, Roxio, Sonic), using OCR systems (IRIS), FTP (GlobalSCAPE Cute FTP Pro), Anti-malware (Norton, McAffee, Defender, Spybot) , e-mail (Outlook, Outlook Express) and Firewall systems (XP, ZoneAlarm), digital cameras, webcams and project control systems as well as using a professional accounting system (Sage) for its own financial activities.
