- Training bespoke systems and Microsoft Office products
- Designing web sites
For the last six years I have used Information Mapping techniques exclusively when designing and developing user documentation and courseware.

To date I have developed an on-line help system and a number of Getting Started Guides.

3di Information Solutions Ltd, Ripley, Surrey GU23 6AF Contract Reviewer Home-based, I worked on a project for RS Components. Using Word 2002, editors combined individual products into ranges and decided how best to organise the product information for inclusion in the catalogue. I wrote procedures for the editors to follow, reviewed the editors’ work and signed off the ranges on behalf of 3di. The project ended successfully mid-June 2004.
